Job Description:

1. Collect and organize product technical documentation (laws, regulations, national/industry standards, books, papers, reports, patents). Prepare summary reports for the Deputy Technical Manager.

2. Create 3D models based on finalized technical proposals. Submit for review and modify designs accordingly.

3. Conduct necessary simulations (appearance rendering, motion, FEA for stress/deformation/EM analysis) per the Deputy Manager's requests. Submit reports for approval and optimize designs based on feedback.

4. Prepare technical project documents as assigned, submitting them to the Deputy Manager for review and then to the General Manager for approval.

5. Prepare project progress briefs and bi-weekly reports.

6. Develop training materials as required. Record minutes and attendance during departmental training sessions.

7. Generate production drawings, process diagrams, work instructions, and inspection guidelines. Create product renderings, catalogs, and user manuals.

8. Draft patent proposals. Upon approval, prepare technical disclosure documents or direct patent applications.

9. Develop and implement document and sample management procedures.

10. Submit bi-annual training needs and plans (by end of June and December) for the Deputy Manager's approval.

11. Complete and submit the daily work summary report by 22:00 each day.

Salary: RMB 6,000 - 10,000 per month

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design/Manufacturing or a related field. No gender preference. Relevant experience is a plus.

2. Understanding of mechanical transmission products and the automation industry.

3. Proficient in MS Office and CAD software (SOLIDWORKS/AutoCAD) for 3D modeling and drafting. Knowledge of simulation, graphic design, or rendering software is preferred.

II. Core Responsibilities

1. Customer Needs Response
   Handle core demands from customer communication groups (quotes, proposals, contracts, etc.), ensuring timely responses and closed-loop communication to guarantee efficient implementation of customer requirements.

2. Customer Relationship Maintenance
   Regularly follow up with new and existing clients, proactively sharing product updates, promotional activities, and industry insights to enhance customer loyalty.

3. Long-term Partnership Development
   Conduct targeted communication with key clients to identify potential needs, optimize service details, and build a solid foundation for long-term, positive collaboration.

4. End-to-end Process Tracking
   Oversee all stages, including sample shipment, pre-sales consultation, order fulfillment, and post-sales issue coordination. Provide timely progress updates and gather feedback on product usage.

5. Document Management & Standardization
   Organize core documents such as customer contracts, billing statements, and invoices, ensuring timely submission, orderly archiving, and data traceability.

1. Education & Age
   College diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree preferred), aged 20-35. Must be proactive, responsible, and possess strong stress tolerance and adaptability.

2. Competencies
   Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Strong cost-awareness, service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.

3. Technical Skills
   Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT). Experience with Kingdee ERP system is a plus.
